Fees
Hourly Rates:Hourly rates are the traditional fee structure employed by the legal profession. Each practitioner has an individual hourly rate. Each hour is divided into blocks of 6 minute ‘units’ which represent one tenth of the hourly rate. Units are recorded as work is performed on your matter and tabulated monthly. Hourly rates provide transparency as all work performed by our staff is recorded in detail so that you may monitor the progress of your matter.
Fixed Fee
Fixed fee costing is offered where we are able to agree with you on a fixed fee for a fixed job or to achieve a specific outcome. This option will be discussed at your initial consultation. There is no fee for this initial consultation and no obligation.
